TorqBolt is a stockist of hard to find Hastelloy Bolts. Hastelloy is a nickel molybdenum chromium alloy with base of nickel also known by the trade name Nickel-Chromium-moly Alloys. Hastelloy Bolts are difficult to machine and hot roll threading is done to ensure 100% thread strength unlike Monel Bolts and Copper Nickel Bolts. It forms a passivation oxide layer once heated and hence used at wide range of elevated temperatures. Applications: Hastelloy Bolts are used for chemical processing industries, aerospace industries, oil and gas industries etc.
Type : Bolts can be Manufactured in Full Thread & Half Thread Configurations.
Manufacturing Process Adopted are Cold Forged, Hot Forged & Bar Stock Machined. Bolts without Threading, Forged Blanks can be manufactured on request along with CNC machined Process.
